Robert L. Trinka, MBA, FLMI, MHP, CIC, Chairman and CEO of Phyhealth Sleep Care, Chairman and CEO of Phyhealth Corporation, the parent corporation of Phyhealth Sleep Care Corp. Mr. Trinka has 30 years of healthcare insurance and corporate executive management experience. 

Scott Moore, CPA, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Moore has been a Certified Public Accountant for more than 20 years and has worked in senior auditing roles at such highly respected national and regional accounting firms as Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Harper and Van Scoik & Company, LLP. Most recently Mr. Moore spent five years as the Chief Financial Officer for eAutoClaims, Inc., an Internet-based provider of vehicle collision claims services for the insurance industry.

Fidel R. Rodriguez,  MBA, FLMI - Director, Treasurer, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Rodriguez has 20 years of management experience in insurance operations, information technology, managed healthcare administration, management of business process engineering, physician data management, systems design, and management of information systems. Mr. Rodriguez has served in management positions with John Alden Financial Corporation, Fortis Health, and Cellit Technologies, Inc.

Dory Trinka, MBA,  Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. Trinka has 20 years of executive management experience. She spent more than a decade running Knight-Ridder and later McClatchy Newspapers’ largest database marketing and direct mail operations. She also served as The Miami Herald’s vice president of Target Marketing and was president of McClatchy Newspapers’ largest magazine and custom publishing operation before founding Nextpath Partners, a Miami-based direct marketing consulting firm.

Jane Kraemer, Colorado Sleep Centers Manager. Ms. Kraemer has owned and managed sleep centers in various Colorado communities for the past five years and has worked in the health and nutrition industries for the past 15 years.
